Birthdays, team days and family trips at a coffee farm near Bogotá

A group day gets planned differently: you have to sort out lunch, the headcount and the surprise for whoever is being celebrated. That is what the Group Day is for. It bundles everything into one price per person and has lunch ready before you arrive. It applies from 8 people and we take a maximum of 15 a day.

$95,000 per adult

Full day pass, a full lunch (main and a drink) and the Coffee Tour. Tax included.

$60,000 per child (ages 3 to 12)

Under 3 are free. From age 13 they pay the adult rate.

Free for the organizer

From 12 people, whoever puts the group together does not pay their own entry ($60.000 off the total). Herding twelve people is work enough.

What is included

  • Farm entry from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Pool, jacuzzi, trails and green areas
  • A snack
  • A full lunch (main and a drink), served at whatever time you choose
  • A guided Coffee Tour through the farm’s coffee fields
  • Wifi and parking

Bought separately this adds up to $110,000. In the Group Day it comes to $95,000.

Lunch is already sorted

This is the part that gets tangled when there are a lot of you, so we settle it in advance. The organizer picks up to 2 options for the whole group 72 hours ahead and we shop accordingly. There is always a vegetarian alternative and a plate for the children.

That way nobody queues or waits on the kitchen on the day: everyone eats at the same time. If someone wants something outside those options we will arrange it with you and say whether the price changes, because it depends on the dish.

How it works

  1. Write to us on WhatsApp with the date, how many of you there are and what you are celebrating.
  2. We confirm the day still has capacity (we only take 15 people) and send you the total.
  3. You hold the date with 50%. The rest is paid on the day.
  4. Seventy-two hours ahead you confirm the final headcount, the 2 lunch options and any decoration or extras.
  5. You arrive and everything is ready.

Eight people. Below that you can book the regular day pass online and add lunch and the coffee tour separately.
We take a maximum of 15 people per day. It is not a flexible number: it is the capacity that lets us look after everyone properly, so weekends and long weekends fill up weeks ahead.

Yes, write to us and we will put it together. We have 2 suites and 4 camping spots, and overnight capacity works differently from the day pass.
On a coffee farm in rural La Mesa (Cundinamarca), between La Mesa and Cachipay, about 2 hours from Bogotá. Access is via Colegio Ernesto Aparicio and the last 3 kilometres are a well-kept rural road. There is parking at the farm.
